self esteem help

1. Why is self esteem important?

We simply need the quality of having high self-esteem for achieving anything in life in any area ( financial, relational, mental, emotional, spiritual, social). High self-esteem is needed when we are faced with certain problems or challenges.

It’s quite easy to see the real value of self-esteem in situations when we don’t have it or we see others displaying it in the way we would like to have it.

2. Is self-esteem not already part of us?

This is what we conclude, but ask yourself: Who ever taught you about raising self-esteem?

It’s not taught in schools to our children, nor is it in university or college. We have to pay attention to get this valuable lesson life provides us with. Two out of three Americans have low self-esteem. Only about 33% have enough self-esteem to handle life. Just HANDLE life! Can you imagine how life will be if failure, rejection, criticism etc could not affect us. affect you in any way you can imagine. This is the real value of self-esteem.

3. How can I get more self-esteem?

A mistake often made by people is the attempt to raise self-esteem on the outside and ignoring the inside. Turning from the outside to the inside is the key. By shifting our focus on the things that we like we gain self-esteem naturally. Don’t get desperate chasing things you believe you want but in the end it make you unhappy. Whatever steals our energy or causes fear and worry or any kind of misery needs to be eliminated.

4. Is self-esteem a talent or learned?

Although oftentimes not believed in self-esteem can be learned – easily. In fact, most success stories (e.g. Michal Jordan, Oprah Winfrey, Richard Branson) tell the story of a hero who struggled and then rose above him or herself. how to raise self-esteem does not depend on common factors like heredity, IQ, gender, social status, profession, age or nationality. And once it is learned it then becomes part of our personality and thus part of our DNA.

5. What are the methods?

Have a close look to the origins of self-esteem. It´s our inside: Emotions, Thoughts, Imagination and Intuition. Our five senses are the only way to absorb and process information: Seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling and tasting.
